Early Education
Stanmore Park Children’s Centre has an admissions policy that includes information about both private and funded places.
Harrow Council offers subsidised places for their employees.
Private and community-funded sessions can be accessed, subject to availability, for children up to eight years old.
Stanmore Park Children's Centre has a subsidised admission procedure in place for Harrow Council employees who can use the facility on a part time or full time basis, subject to availability.
Harrow Council will fund part time nursery education places for three and four year olds. Eligibility for a funded place depends upon a child's third or fourth birthday.
Prior to admission each child is allocated a key worker. The key worker co-ordinates the child's care and education liases with parent/carers and other professionals involved with the child.

Curriculum
Stanmore Park are committed to providing a broad differentiated curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation stage for children aged birth to five years old. The children are integrated and learn together. Provision is made for those children who need to spend time in smaller groups.
The playrooms are designed to cover the six areas of learning:
- Communication, language and literacy
- Personal, Social and emotional development
- Problem solving, reasoning and numeracy
- knowledge and understanding of the world
- Creative development
- Physical development
Staff work with smaller groups of children to enhance their learning as and when necessary.
