Our vision for the future

Harrow Integrated Early Years and Community services have set in place firm foundations to provide locally accesible, early intervention and prevention services for children and families.

Our vision is:

• For all children in all parts of Harrow to have access to a full range of achievement and prevention focused. integrated services through children's centres
• To link nine centres into school clusters
• To ensure that each of the nine centres will have developed themes of expertise to incorporate local needs which will be linked to:
  • local and national data
  • other stratgies and key developments including:
  • foundation stage data profile information
  • parenting strategy
  • health visitors strategy
  • all nine centres will link into school clusters
• All parents of young children to be able to access a wide range of support and advice when they need it.
• All children and families to receive information on healthy lifestyles preventative health care including the promotion of oral health.
